Octoplay has secured the Malta iGaming supplier licence, which will allow the company to supply its games to MGA-licensed operators across the world. Octoplay offers a wide range of games that every operator wants, and securing this licence will help the company distribute its casino games worldwide.
Octoplay, a renowned casino games supplier, has secured Malta Gaming Authority’s (MGA) full iGaming supplier licence. Earlier in December, Octoplay was given the recognition notice by MGA that allowed the company to supply casino games to MGA-licensed operators.
Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)
The MGA is Malta’s gaming control board, which oversees gambling activities within its jurisdiction. This includes various types of gambling, spanning from physical establishments to online platforms, and includes services provided to B2C as well as B2B offerings.
Director’s Take
Commercial Director of Octoplay, Nick Vuchev, told the media that they were committed to obtaining every type of licence that is there in the world and the MGA licence was a priority for the company. According to Vuchev, the licence will lead to a boost in distribution of games across the world.
He further said that this new licence would enable Malta-licensed operators to present their suite of games to the players and give them first-hand experience of iGaming.
The licence adds to the already existing licence of Octoplay in Sweden and certifications in the United Kingdom and Romania.
