The venue’s seafood eatery is now known as The Las Vegas Yacht Club, and the Big Chill Margarita Bar has opened.
From November 1-14, 2018, Treasure Island Las Vegas will hold special events to commemorate the resort’s 30th anniversary. It opened to the public in 1993, and in 2008, Phil Ruffin purchased it from MGM.

According to the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB), the state’s casinos made $1.27 billion in September from gambling. That’s a 1.69 percent rise from the previous year.
The revenue of the Las Vegas Strip was $741.2m, an increase of 7% year-over-year. A total of $1 billion was made in Clark County, which includes Las Vegas and its surrounding areas such as the Boulder Strip, North Las Vegas, and the Strip itself in Boulder City. Casino earnings in Washoe County, which includes the cities of Reno, Sparks, and North Lake Tahoe, dropped by 6.6% from the previous year.
