Celebrating 30 Years of Treasure Island Las Vegas

From November 1-14, 2018, Treasure Island Las Vegas will hold special events to commemorate the resort’s 30th anniversary. It opened to the public in 1993, and in 2008, Phil Ruffin purchased it from MGM.

According to Dawn Wolf, the vice president of brand marketing at Treasure Island, “The Treasure Island property has been serving travellers worldwide for three decades, offering the best value for its prime location on the Las Vegas Strip. Positioned next to a growing array of new gaming, entertainment, and hospitality options on the North Strip, TI has consistently made significant investments to maintain its position as a top-visited hotel and casino.

Through regular enhancements, the team prioritizes guests, adapting to the ever-changing preferences of travellers, gamblers, and diners, and continuously striving to deliver a cherished experience for Las Vegas visitors.

The venue’s seafood eatery is now known as The Las Vegas Yacht Club, and the Big Chill Margarita Bar has opened. It was announced that new entertainment centres, such as The Cove, will open in the year 2024.
