PlayAlberta’s goal is to convert its online sportsbook to BtoBet’s sportsbook software. The two companies have worked together earlier and decided to collaborate again for the long term. NeoGames’ net revenue in HI 2023 was $97.4 million, surpassing three times the revenue for H2 2022.
Israel-based online iLottery website NeoGames’ subdivision BtoBet has partnered up with Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) and PlayAlberta. The long-term venture comes after NeoPollard Interactive and AGLC previously collaborated to develop and manage the gaming site for PlayAlberta.
AGLC is a government agency and the only website in the Canadian province of Alberta which regulates gaming-related activities legally.
BtoBet’s Expansion Plans
BtoBet will focus on helping PlayAlberta’s bettors with online sports betting entertainment through its sportsbook framework. PlayAlberta plans to wrap up the conversion of its online sportsbook to BtoBet’s sportsbook software in Q3 2023.
Head of iGaming and NeoGames’ President Tsachi Maimon told the media that he was delighted with the long-term venture with PlayAlberta. According to Maimon, the partnership will allow NeoGames to grow its sports betting website and services. He expressed his excitement of stepping into the new generation of betting through localised bettings. This includes offers for the Premier Lacrosse League and the Canadian Football League and prominent bets for numerous sports which involve Canadian sports athletes.
