Cardiff City FC has announced a two-year partnership with online sports betting operator QuinnBet, making them the new back-of-shirt sponsor. The deal focuses on promoting safer gambling in sports. Welsh Football Club Cardiff City FC’s shirt has a new sponsor: an online casino and a sports betting company known as QuinnBet. The sponsorship deal will run for two years starting from the season, and the first team’s shirts will have a QuinnBet logo on the back.

Currently, QuinnBet has continued to seek affiliations in the football sphere; it signed a deal with Northampton Town FC in September, and the association between QuinnBet and Hibernian FC was renewed in July last year. Such partnerships signify the firm’s increasing significance in the sport.
Huw Warren, Cardiff City FC’s head of commercial, welcomed the new working relationship with QuinnBet positively. He also pointed out the club’s values and QuinnBet’s quite robust approach to safer gambling. According to Warren, the relationship between the two parties will be harmonic, and the business will be prosperous.

QuinnBet’s Head of Commercial and Sponsorship, Niall McPartland, spoke about the company’s new partnership with Cardiff City FC, highlighting the club’s distinguished history, including 17 seasons in the top tier of English football and its unique status as the only team from outside England to win the FA Cup.
