Delaware North has appointed Jason Gregorec as President of its gaming division. With over 30 years of experience, Gregorec will drive growth and strategy as Delaware North expands into iGaming and online sports betting, including a major casino project in North Carolina. He takes over as Group President of Gaming from Brian Hansberry.
Delaware North has announced that Jason Gregorec will be the new President of the firm’s blossoming gaming business. Gregor, who has over thirty years of industry experience, will oversee the company’s new gaming segment, which recently expanded into online sports betting and iGaming in addition to its regional casinos.
With his prior experiences as General Manager and Senior VP at Caesars Entertainment Corp and General Manager at Eldorado Resorts Incorporated, Gregorec is well-experienced. Bob has also worked for Jack Entertainment, Tropicana Entertainment, and other crucial casino businesses.
More specifically, in his new position at Delaware North, Gregorec will be required to provide strategic direction in gaming, achieve growth while increasing profitability, and identify new business opportunities for the company. His leadership comes at a time when Delaware North Company is practising major operations in a new casino resort near Charlotte, North Carolina, in collaboration with Catawba Nation.
Brian Hansberry, who will be promoted to Group President of Gaming, leaves this role vacant for Gregorec. Amy Latimer, the COO and EVP of Delaware North, said on Gregorec’s announcement: “He has a wealth of experience, having worked for some of the most successful gaming and hospitality organizations.” Latimer also pointed out that with the new position, Hansberry can embark on other expansion strategies in the gaming segment due to his 40 years of exposure to leadership roles.

The company’s development of its gaming division will be spearheaded by Gregorec who has more than three decades of experience in the gaming industry.
Delaware North’s Amy Latimer, COO & EVP shared her warm welcome to Gregorec into the company team stating that he has rich experience with first-rate gaming and hospitality operations.
She noted that Gregorec will work closely with Hansberry, who, with over 40 years of industry leadership, will focus on identifying new growth opportunities in the gaming sector.
In addition to Gregorec’s appointment, Delaware North has recently signed a partnership with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), which will use the company’s data to enhance operational insights and strategies.
