Gaming giant Entain appoints Ricky Sandler, Founder of Eminence Capital, as a non-executive director. Sandler’s expertise and commitment to Entain’s growth are recognised as he joins key board committees, contributing to strategic decisions and identifying new talent. Entain shares respond positively, trading 1.28% higher on the London Stock Exchange.
Ricky Sandler has joined Entain’s board of directors as a non-executive director, expanding its membership.
Sandler, who joined the board of Entain immediately, is the founder, CEO, and chief investment officer of Eminence Capital.

In addition to praising Ricky’s strong growth potential and in-depth knowledge of Entain’s business, Chairman Barry Gibson is pleased to welcome Ricky to the board. The board will leverage Ricky’s perspectives and expertise to drive enhanced value for all Entain shareholders.
In addition, Sandler will join the company’s People and Governance committee, where he will seek to find another non-executive director that both Entain and Eminence Capital would be happy with. He’ll be on the Capital Allocation committee as well.
