Relax Gaming has launched in Switzerland thanks to a partnership with Grand Casino Luzern and its web portal, Mycasino. The collaboration will provide Mycasino with a range of games, marking Relax Gaming’s 23rd market entry. Executives highlight the importance of high regulatory standards and the potential for growth in the Swiss iGaming sector.
Relax Gaming has entered the Swiss market today by securing deals with two organizations, namely Grand Casino Luzern and its online entity, Mycasino. As a part of this partnership, the iGaming aggregator and supplier will provide Mycasino with some of its offerings from its catalog, like Banana Town, Money Train, and Wild Chapo. More games in this line are also planned in the future. Grand Casino Luzern owns and operates Mycasino, which opened in 2019.
This is a new milestone for Relax Gaming, which seeks the 23rd new territory, having entered Pennsylvania earlier this June with BetMGM and Spain in 2022 with Entain.
In the launch statement, Martin Stålros, CEO of Relax Gaming, said it is great to witness the firm’s expansion across the globe, especially the potential of the Swiss market. He said that they have the right content to reach the extending passionate fans.
The company has disclosed that Grand Casino Luzern is now Relax Gaming’s partner as it enters the Swiss market. Speaking about this partnership, Chief Regulatory Officer Alexia Smilovic Rønde pointed out that it will be a major step in the company’s strategy to further penetrate highly regulated regions.
She also pointed out that the Swiss have high regulatory policies, which have not been a problem for Relax Gaming. In the upcoming months, the company is anticipated to continue expanding in the Swiss market.
The CEO of Grand Casino Luzern, Wolfgang Bliem, welcomed the partnership saying that it is a vital development for Mycasino. He pointed out that the strategies and games offered by Relax Gaming are unique and the introduction of new games complements the work of the casino in consolidating the market leadership. Grand Casino Luzern will be the first online casino in Switzerland, to join forces with Relax Gaming, thus boosting its mission to deliver the best gaming experience to its clients.
By June, Mycasino had boosted its services by hiring Stakelogic Live as its brand partner in providing live Casin. Although Switzerland has very high regulations concerning cigarette brands, several are already sought-after opportunities in the market. Recent ones include Pariplay penetrating the market through a deal with Swiss4Win, Wazdan partnering with Swiss4Win to enter the Swiss market, and GiG partnering with Grand Casino Basel.
